Working with multiple health care providers in conjunction with national and local organizations, MetaStar has gained experience implementing quality improvement programs with hospitals, nursing homes, managed care organizations and physician offices. In addition to partnering on these quality improvement programs, we also protect Medicare beneficiaries by investigating individuals' concerns about the quality of their care, as well as cases in which Medicare beneficiaries feel they are being discharged too soon, or when Medicare mandates a particular case review.
