- Family Care Partnership
- Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
- BadgerCare Plus
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI) managed care
Family Care is a managed long-term care program serving individuals in 57 Wisconsin counties as of October 2012. As a comprehensive and flexible long-term care service system, Family Care strives to foster people's independence and quality of life, while recognizing the need for interdependence and support.
The SSI Medicaid managed care program provides health care services to elderly, blind, or disabled individuals who receive SSI or SSI-related Medicaid.
The BadgerCare Plus program offers three health care benefit options: two plans for pregnant women, children, and parents/relatives caring for dependent children; and one plan for adults without dependents who would otherwise be ineligible for state and federal health programs. All three plans have income limits based on federal poverty guidelines.
