Stroke Care

MetaStar has worked with Wisconsin’s Coverdell Stroke Program since 2012, resulting in a 32.3% improvement in door-to-needle time for ischemic stroke patients, from 48% to 80.3%. Today, 4 in 5 of eligible ischemic stroke patients are receiving this rapid treatment, resulting in fewer deaths and healthier lives.

Health IT

MetaStar advanced health information technology (IT) in Wisconsin. Notable, from April 2015 through September 2021, MetaStar, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), supported 1,574 eligible professionals. The performance metrics consistently demonstrated that EPs participating in the program and receiving support for MetaStar were more likely than their counterparts to successfully attest and receive Promoting Interoperability Incentive Payments.
