MetaStar’s HEDIS Readiness program helps health plans and other reporting entities that MetaStar does not currently audit under the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) HEDIS Compliance Audit program but still want expert support from an NCQA Licensed HEDIS Organization. We review your data sources, documentation practices, measure implementation, and reporting workflows to identify gaps that may impact compliance or audit readiness.

Measure Logic Review
Our certified auditors walk through your measure logic and supporting documentation to identify inconsistencies or misalignments with NCQA’s Volume 2 specifications.

Process Mapping and Controls Evaluation
We assess your internal controls and operational handoffs including data intake, abstraction, mappings, supplemental data, and validation to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or redundancies.

Audit Simulation Exercises
We conduct tailored audit readiness sessions that simulate auditor review, including audit tool walkthroughs, file validation, system demos, and feedback to prepare your team for the real thing.
