Purpose
To provide an overview of key strategies for cultivating and maintaining a high level of engagement with health care organizations during the practice facilitation process.
Intended Audience
New practice facilitators responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives.
Format
The content of this 30 minute module is divided into three sections. Students may choose to view sections of the module as time permits — it is not necessary to complete the module in one sitting.
