Heather LeBeau
Madison, Wis. – Heather LeBeau has been named Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at MetaStar. In this role, she leads the company’s accounting, finance and human resources functions and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer.
“I was drawn to MetaStar by its strong reputation and expertise in health care quality improvement,” said LeBeau. “I am excited to serve in a role focused on preserving the company’s financial strength and supporting the workforce dedicated to the organization’s mission, to effect positive change in health and health care.”
Prior to joining MetaStar, LeBeau was the Controller for Navitus Health Solutions, a pharmacy benefit manger with a 100 percent transparent pass-through model. She has also worked in financial management roles for CUNA Mutual Group and National Government Services.

LeBeau received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Upper Iowa University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is a current member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and Financial Executives International (FEI).
