Martin Promoted to Vice President of Commercial Services

Madison, Wis. – Manny Martin has been promoted to Vice President of Commercial Services at MetaStar. He will lead a department responsible for conducting HEDIS Compliance Audits, Medicare Data Validation Part C & D, URAC Data Validation and Initial Validation Audits (IVA) as part of the HHS Risk Adjust Data Validation program (RADV).

Martin joined MetaStar in 2022 after curating a diverse career across the entire health care spectrum. Some of his foundational experiences include developing national provider networks at a Managed Care Organization, providing HEDIS Reporting consulting services at a Fortune 100 company, and assisting health plans with national and state quality reporting during his time with a boutique audit firm.

In his new role, Martin will lead certified and approved staff in the execution of Performance Measurement service contracts in addition to growing existing business and exploring new service line opportunities. He will work to further strategic initiatives while working with national, state and local regulators to expand the MetaStar brand.

Martin received his Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor (CHCA) designation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). He also completed his Health Services Administration (HSA) coursework from St. Petersburg College.
